Visualizing the long-standing partnership of two distinct countries.

Norway and Nepal have enjoyed diplomatic relations since 1973, and as the 50th anniversary of this milestone approached, I was tasked with creating a visual celebration of this special bond.

Despite both countries featuring red in their flags, they differ significantly, with Nepal's being the only national flag in the world with a non-rectangular shape.
To properly merge these two images, I incorporated the emblems of both nations into the number "0", while abstracting Norway's Scandinavian cross and integrating it into the "5". Lastly, a custom type solution was created to polish the final look, resulting in a striking symbol of enduring and continued partnership.
